The truth is, mental health issues can have a devastating impact on teenagers. They can lead to poor academic performance, behavioral problems, and even worse, suicidal thoughts or actions. It’s a growing problem that can’t be ignored.
That's why we've created the Mental Health Champions Programme for students in Secondary Schools and 6th Form.
It is designed to motivate teenagers to become mental health champions for themselves and their friends. We'll equip them with the tools and skills they need to manage stress and anxiety, build resilience, and improve their overall mental health and well-being.

The Mental Health Champion Training Workshop is an engaging and empowering workshop experience that teaches pupils advanced insights into caring for their own mental health as well as supporting their peers. Whether you want to train one group of pupils or your whole school, our training workshops are ideal for Key Stage 3, 4 and 5
